Porchlight — Refund Policy

Short version: if Porchlight Slideshow doesn't work for you, write to us within 7 days of buying it and we'll refund you in full.

Try it first. The free version lets you build and preview a whole slideshow before you pay, so you can check it works on your computer with your photos and music.
How to ask. Email support@porchlightslideshow.com with the email address you bought with (or your order number). You don't need to give a reason, though it helps us to know what went wrong.
How it's paid. Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy, who sells the license on our behalf. The refund goes back to the way you paid, usually within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Once you're refunded, the license ends: please stop using the full version and remove the license key.
After 7 days we can't usually refund, but write to us anyway if something isn't working; we'd rather help.

Porchlight Player is free, so there's nothing to refund for it.
